Are you an adult in Johnson Creek that is continuing your education? Going for a certificate, finishing your bachelors degree or going after your masters? The Johnson Creek Education Foundation is offering $1,500 to awarded scholarship applicants.
Awarded applicants may apply for $100 - $1,500 which will be paid to the education institutions
Criteria:
Attended Johnson Creek High School OR have a child currently enrolled in the Johnson Creek School District.
Minimum of a high school diploma or a General Education Diploma
Out of high school for a minimum of five years
Must plan to complete a degree or certificate program
Suggest you carry a minimum of 6 credit hours or equivalent
Application must include:
Applicant’s information sheet
Educational and personal goals of the applicant
Short autobiographical essay
Two recommendations. (Use Accompanying Forms)
Acceptance letter from the institution you plan to attend
Completed application and reference must be returned before the start of the class / program. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
